A shared proposal is a fixed snapshot. Edit your draft and publish a new link to send a revision. You can disable an unanswered link from your workspace. Each new link uses one of your available links.
Shared links remain accessible for 30 days unless you disable them first. Expired proposals remain in your workspace. Print a PDF if you need a separate copy.
No. Invoice and collect payment through your usual process. Plus lets you manually record invoice status, a reference, and a due date for accepted proposals. Marking a proposal paid does not charge the client or verify payment. ScopeOkay does not provide certified electronic signatures or replace your original project agreement.
